I am having the same issue as above. Firstly, not being able to withdraw to a card is ridiculous, especially since Paypal are more than happy to use this to top up and fund purchases with it. I have tried adding a bank account and just says "We're sorry, we aren't able to process your request right now. Please try again later" Any suggestions??
