I purchased a $17 RV part from GetRVParts.com using PayPal. The charge went to my credit card even though my preference is set to PayPal balance first. (There is a possibility that I did plug in my credit card number during the transaction and was thinking they were using PayPal as some sort of credit card processor. Life is busy. The return email address listed as <removed>) I received an email receipt with PayPal information but the transaction is not listed in my activity in PayPal. I have not received the part and the company only has an email address for contact information and is not responding to my emails. PayPal does not make it easy to contact them for my situation so here I am. This is a sign that I probably should not use PayPal for online payments and simply transfer all monies received to my bank account.
