It's just unacceptable. I'm sorry that it's happened to you too 😞 It's the first time this has happened to me...but my impression had been that PayPal was for buyer protection. Seems like it has all gone down hill indeed. I will definitely be approaching my bank now as I have exhausted all methods of trying to communicate with them. I will also be approaching the local consumer association to see if I can pursue anything on that front too. Fingers crossed.
