Been on hold for literally HOURS. I am long standing business that puts 6 digits through Paypal each year. They used to have priority service for businesses, this is STUPID. I don't know what is happening, but I'm certainly not happy. Chat takes FOREVER too. It's taking Customer Service hours to respond and then each new rep has to start all over. I have been trying to resolve the same problem now for literally DAYS. GAHHHH!
