Hi, thanks for your response. I’ve done this things - though not on Facebook. Also got the one time code (several times) stayed on the phone after that for several hours. Sent email - several & did chat too. Have tweeted to all of the twitter handles AskPayPal, PayPal, PayPalUK. Quite exasperating. It’s not my money - it belongs to the school 😞

Have called several times with NO answer or they kill the call. I can't transfer a schools donation and no way I can afford to sub the donation. Have tweeted, have used chat, have emailed, have called 6 times. Have remained on the phone for an hour several times or have had the call killed. They have truly tied my hands 😞
