I can't work out why I get this message. It's a common auction site in Sweden, Tradera, and I just opened my PayPal account. I click on pay with PayPal, and I get an error message. "An error occurred. Payment could not start/commence." Something like that. Site has no current issue with PayPal. Need to pay soon. PayPal haven't answered yet. Anyone know that's all about?
