I had an item never turn up or get signed for. Baring in mind this is 1 of about 700 items. It was only worth a tenner so its not like im gonna try one on. Paypal sidef with the seller. Now I have been charged twice by paypal for one item on ebay. Seller says hes had one payment. My paypal has taken 2. Only one item on ebay purchased and it came. Paypal has just said its sided with the seller. I have had enough of paypal now ans will stop using it. But i want to know is it better to go to trading standards to report them or the ombudsman?
