Hello all, I'm having several difficulties with connecting my new Simple Bank account with my Paypal. I have money waiting for me in there that I need to pay a credit card bill with, but I cannot connect my only checking account (Simple) with Paypal to get the money in order to pay it to my card! So I have a few questions: 1. Paypal cannot send money directly to one of my credit cards right? (I need to pay a Chase card, if that helps) 2. Has anyone else heard of problems linking Simple with Paypal? I know it's an online bank, but their site says that it works with Paypal because it is partnered with BBVA USA. 3. Paypal's system to contact customer support is letting me down too. When I go through the prompts that I'm having issues connecting a bank account, it says that it needs to verify that it's me. When I hit continue, it just says that it couldn't verify me and gives me numbers to call. I can't call any numbers right now, so online is the only way to handle this. Does anyone know why I'm getting insta-unverified? Any and all help is greatly appreciated 🙂
