Hello, I have created sandbox business account and bound it to my WooCommerce website. Everything works fine except that my customers are still required to create an account even though I ticked I accept guest payments (and I doublechecked this setting). For example, when I am in the PayPal no-account checkout page and select that I am from Vietnam or Indonesia everyhing works fine and I have to enter just the credit card info (and shipping address). But when I change to the i.e. Netherlands or Japan under my billing information section there is create paypal account section. I can't pay for the order if I don't fill that information. Is there some list of countries that still require you to login even after accepting guest payments? Thanks!
