Hi.. I just made a payment to Softlayer Dutch Holding, 179 USD ( I have 154 on my paypal account) but it seems some problem. Paypal Charged my credit card about 2500 USD (IDR 36,924,500) as seen on the SMS i received from my Bank ( Credit Card Issuer) . Paypal should just charge 25 USD instead of 2500 USD. The Softlayer said it was on Hold. and in paypal transaction activity said : " Account Hold for Open Authorization","Denied","USD","-154.00
