My money withdrawal amounting to PHP1,200 was not credited to my bank account (Bank of Philippine Islands) because my checking account was not yet activated, only my savings account. My bank advised me to coordinate with Paypal because the money was never credited to them. Can this amount be credited to my paypal account again? I tried to raise the concern in resolution center but I just received an error that I cant proceed.
