TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,
I HAVE AN OPEN DESPITE WITH A CUSTOMER THAT HAS THREE TIMES NOW CHANGED HIS STORY AND IS ACCUSING ME OF SELLING STOLEN ITEMS. I HAVE OFFERED HIM FULL REFUND IF HE RETURNS THE ITEM. THE ITEM AT TIME OF SHIPMENT EXACTLY AS STATED IN THE SALE, IN FULL WORKING ORDER WITH SOFTWARE THAT WAS READY FOR NEW OWNER TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR AS A SUBSCRIPTION BASED PROGRAM, THIS WAS AN EXTRA THAT I ADDED TO THE ITEM MY SALE HAS NO MENTION OF THE SOFTWARE I WAS TRYING TO HELP HIM. MY EBAY ALSO STATES ITEM SOLD AS IS AND I DO NOT TAKE RETURNS, WITH THAT BEING SAID I HAVE OFFERED HIM TO RETURN THE ITEM AND I WOULD GIVE FULL REFUND WITH THE STIPULATION HE PAY SHIPPING FOR THE RETURN. WHICH IS ONLY FAIR TO BOTH PARTIES, OTHERWISE I'M OUT THE INITIAL SHIPPING AND THE RETURN FOR AN ITEM IN GOOD WORKING ORDER. NOW I'M AFRAID FOR MY ITEM NOT BEING IN THE CONDITION IT WAS WHEN DELIVERED.
