So today I agreed a purchase on Shpock. I sent the money £160 after chatting with the seller who seemed really nice and down to earth. After I had made the payment (40 minutes later), I get a message from Shpock saying the user has been suspended so don't send money or recall money. I try to recall with paypal but they have just emailed saying "the payment was authorised" - basically tough!!! Absolutely seething that they haven't even looked into this, just sent a standard email after hours and now I need to ring them tomorrow to challenge their decision. Anyone else had this?
