Recently, Paypal decided someone who signed up to services with my company deserved their money back. There were 4 transactions of $30 each. Of this, I lost $1.47 to PayPal fees per transaction (at the time of the transactions). Now, the chargeback, I'm debited the $30 (so no fees refund) plus, I'm debited $15 as a chargeback fee - per transaction Typically, my email to PayPal goes unanswered. And why would they bother replying - I mean they double dipped with the fees This has cost my company: Cost of services provided 4x PayPal Fees 4x Chargeback fees Totalling over $100 - 100% loss for a small company.
