Hi, today I closed my old PayPal account that was using this same email address and had my card linked to it. I closed it since i had some problems receiving funds from other people since I was messing with settings. I now created a new account but I am unavailable to link my old card that was linked to my past account that I closed. I am sure that card is working perfectly fine since I do withdraw money from it on weekly bases. Any help? Straja
