PayPal Acticity on Bank Account but not on PayPal ...

I have 2 transactions that appear on separate bank accounts (private and business) but not on my PayPal Activity page. Both withdrawals clearly show on my bank statement that these are payments made via PayPal and both also show my correct PayPal account number so cannot have been processed as a 'guest purchase'. I cannot get in touch with PayPal customer services via any other recognised procedure because my problem doesn't appear to fit any recognised pathway. I keep being directed towards the complaints procedure and then coming up against that  system requesting a transaction number. Of course I cannot give a transaction number because it's not shown on my PayPal account activity page.  The amounts are relatively small ~  £4.89 to FAIZASAJJAD on 5th June 2018 and £4.20 to BGR8on 7th June 2018 but I am concerned that PayPal might have no record of these and that they may be fraudulent and that in future they could be for far greater sums of money. I use PayPal a lot and would be grateful for a proper response, rather than be told that they are sorry they haven't responded within the proper timescale and then to reapply if my problem has not been resolved. ...
