How would I go about this? Currently this scammer decided to charge back by claiming it was an “unauthorized transaction “ when I have clear proof he agreed to purchasing it, and he did “purchase” it. In reality he scammed me, has the item, and took the money back. PayPal is holding the money but it’s not bumped to a claim. I want the money which is mine and I have no idea how to go about it.
