Oh no! Do you see the transaction on your PayPal account activity? If so, you can dispute the payment if your seller states they haven't received it to request a refund. If you do not see the payment, it's possible that you checked out as a guest. If that's the case, you'll need to reach us by phone, Facebook, or Twitter so that we can help locate the payment and see what options we have.
