I feel the same way as you... I AM FURIOUS and PAYpal and they just sent me their 'decision' that they could do nothing!!  Just curious, when you used paypal to send this jerk the money, what was his name or email. Just wondering if it is the same as the one I used.  I bought 2 pair, out $181 .  These were supposed to be presents for my daughters. ... View more

Come on....obviously this is a scam as you can clearly see.  Do you really think these scammers are going to leave money in their paypal accounts so it can be taken away??  They are smart, they know they have scammed us and there is nothing we can do about it.  I think that more information should be given about the seller before the paypal transaction is finalized.  If I would have know ahead of time that this was going to China, I would not have ordered!! ... At this time, I have not recieved any refunds.  I ordered 2 pair of UGGs... This jerk sent the first pair and they are the wrong size and look like crap, definetly FAKE.  I got his email from PAYPAL as I could see it in the payment transaction.  I have emailed him over and over as I want to return these and get a refund.  He still owes me for the 2nd pair I never recieved.  You would think that PAY Pal would be a little more informative while these are in dispute.  I have tried someway to respond back to PayPal to tell them this is not just an order not recieved but also not receiving the correct size.  I too have been very careful when I shop the internet.  One reason I have the paypal buyer account... I thought it would protect me from stuff like this.   I also reported to them as well and they are looking into it. What a scam these Chinese & Japanese have going on!!!!   It makes me so mad my blood pressure is boiling.  I just hope paypal does something about this.  They need to ask these sellers to give them their website address these were ordered from!!  Good luck.  ... I had already tried to contact him via his email address in paypal.  He did not respond.  I opened a dispute in paypal and they are reviewing the correspondence.  When I opened the dispute he kept telling me to send him photos of the boots and of the box that showed the size which was wrong and then he kept telling me he didn't get the photos.  I escalated the claim in paypal and I also contacted my credit card company and have opened a claim with them as well.  Just makes my blood boil that he could scam like this, wonder how many others he has done this to.  Thanks for the advice!! ... I ordered 2 pair of UGG boots from a website that looked very professional.  I did not know until after the transaction hit PAYPAL that these were from China, and of course, when I got the first pair they were FAKE.  I ordered the 'classic argyle knit' boot for my daughter for christmas.  The photo of the boots on their website looked just identical to the original that are on the UGG austraila website.   When I recieved the boots, the box said size 8, but the tag inside the boots says size '7', I ordered an 8 so these won't fit.  ALSO, they are nothing like the UGG boot I ordered.  The color is not the same, the knit even has little flowers attached... they are disgusting and tacky!!!  Since then, he has closed the website and will not reply to any emails.  I had also ordered a 2nd pair for my granddaughter at the same time. I told him I do not even want him to send these as I know they will also look awful and be FAKE.  IS there anyway I can send the paypal resolution center photos of the 'Real' Ugg boots and of the ones that he sent to me.  Apparently, this is a scam!!!  If not, why won't he respond to me or tell me where his website went????  ...
