I sold an Item but the buyer never paid me when I contacted them they blew me off,Now Ebay says I owe them 8.50 for the shipping fees yet I was never paid I cant even contact ebay so basically this buyer that didnt pay me is ruining my account why should have to pay ebay when the buyer never paid me?
