Sorry if this payment has caused confusion. If your email was unconfirmed when the buyer originally sent the payment, they would have the option to cancel the payment until you confirm your email. If she did end up canceling the payment, the money would show back to her card in roughly 2-3 business days where she would want to resend the payment. You will not want to send an item until you have the money on your PayPal balance.
