I have configured Shipping Options for my account, but when the PayPal Checkout opens, there isn't a dropdown to select the desired option. I am using the v2 API with the Smart Payment button. Any idea how I can make that selector show up? Also, is there an option to pass the shipping options list in during createOrder? That would be my preference, but I will settle for just being able to select it during checkout. Thanks
