@Igi1 A bit of information would help. Has the seller issued a refund? Did you win a paypal dispute? Is the refund showing in your paypal transaction history. Did you pay as a guest buyer? What funding source did you use to pay in the first place? Does it show as on temp hold or pending? Does it show as completed???
