Hi all, I sold something on eBay for the value of £300. The buyer requested a partial refund of £60 which I did. However, it took it from the wrong banking source for some reason (which i didn’t realise as it says it left my paypal) and it bounces. The buyer reopened the case and now I am £600 down while the case is reviewed? What has happened? There is no record of where the money has gone and I’m having a panic.
