@ALEXTHEAKER Well to be honest that is your problem isn't it. As you broke paypal rules by adding another persons card to your paypal account and even worse do not even know who that person is, then i suggest you start asking family / friends to find out OR ask the seller to refund and then pay again from your own funding source.
