I decided to look into a PayPal Pro account but then before finishing it, I canceled it before typing anything in. I checked the balance of my American Express Prepaid gift card and it says that PayPal Pro took $15.12 from my card but it's still pending. Since I decided not to have a PayPal Pro account, will I get that money back? If so, how long will it be?
