It appears that Paypal has a new scam to retain funds illegally ,.. using eBay, and there is no appeal other than the States Attorney office. I sold a product, the customer paid me the $400, I shipped the product, happy customer. HOWEVER, Paypal won't release the funds for my use ... calling it pending ... because of my record of sales ... which amounts to One customer who gave me a negative rating four years ago (I shipped late because I was traveling.) So, it's now been a month. No moneyu They tell me I can't prove the product shipped so they will keep the money. That sounds like theft to me So, I'm on my way to the States' attorney;s office for help, Be careful of these guys ... they will use your money for as long as possible, making money from your money. They also don't answer emails. Great business people.
