Well it tells you when you bid on something that it is a binding contract. So I would think that if they can hold you to having to pay for something then you should be able to hold them to there agreement also. I think I would look into it and talk to a lawyer and see what they would say. You may end up with more a LOT more then what wasn't refunded. ... View more
