I received PayPal email that they decided in the seller's favour. I feel very disappointed because I have provided you with the delivery confirmation of Canada Post which indicated my parcel was signed for by the wrong person. It's not my signature, I think it is wrong that you decided that I received the goods after review my case. Moreover, The Canada Post said the shipper provide with incorrect mailed information. The police have approved my case due to not receive the parcel. Obviously, it is the responsibility of the seller to bear the lost package. In no case should Paypal be partial towards sellers?
