Hi I set up a paypal account for my rescue using the rescues bank account details. It is not a business but a not for proffit rescue. I get donations from the public to buy things which has gone into the paypal account but now they have blocked the account since August last year and I can't get the money out. This was donations towards the new building. How do I sort this out? They are saying we are a business! Our bank account is in the rescues name.
