Hi everyone, I have a recent transaction with LinkedIn and charged me an annual subscription fee. I quickly cancelled the subscription since I never asked for that. I had to contact their customer service and ask for a refund. So here is the problem, this is their reply to my refund, "2. Due to credit card issue, we could not charge you and the subscription was cancelled on 08 August, 2019. 3. I do not see any charge of USD ******* (***.** + 0.00 null) in your account. " LinkedIn also told me that it was a failed transaction at their end. I had to file a dispute to PayPal and @AskPayPal on twitter said to "Have you chosen the "Item not received" option to dispute this charge?" But I can't open or file another dispute to this transaction because it is saying the case is closed and I have already filed before with unauthorized access and gave me a denied refund. What do I do here next? I tried calling to PayPal but waited almost two hours to no avail. I lived here in the Philippines, I just wasted prepaid load just to call the number internationally and ends up nothing. With this kind of problem, will I ever get my money back as soon as possible? Please help. Kind regards
