I tried to buy a ticket for a concert and the woman selling to me to paypal her 50$ to the email she provided. Once i sent, she informed me that she gave me the wrong email and that she was very sorry. I tried requesting the money back from the person who recieved my payment but they did not accept it. I also emailed the person twice explaining my situation but they ignored me. I filed a report for unauthorized use and was declined, but now i dont know how to get my money back. What do i do?
