So i bought something ebay last february 5. almost a month went by and i didnt receive and the seller was not responding so filed a dispute on ebay. Seller responded and actually re-shipped the item (first time he shipped it, it went all the way to my state of CA and then back to him in the eastcoast which was weird) So i got the item, i closed the cased. and lo and behold, paypal sent me an email notifying me that they will debit my account for that same amount i paid for the item, which is only 27 dollars. but it's weird. I was the one who filed the dispute, i closed it because i finally received it. and now, they will debit me?? anybody experienced this?
