Hi looking for advice. I purchased item for over 400 pounds ended up faulty on arrival. I payed via guest checkout so had to call PayPal to open a dispute and get item returned. So all was good I returned item rang PayPal gave the support woman the tracking number etc she said everything was fine. Today I got an email that said case was closed I rang PayPal and they have 0 record of the call or me talking to support the item was delivered now I'm waiting 72 hours for a review so I can get my money back. I'm curious anyone been through this process I've lost faith in PayPal due to somone not logging the call and what would be options if the review doesn't go my way. I'm thinking the worst so I can be prepared for next steps.
