I agree. Obviously no one who has to rely on tips for income had anything to do with how this was set up. They really blew it on this. I have another merchant service that I will use more often if PP doesn’t do anything about this.

I agree. The PP Here method was perfect. I don’t want to ask the customer if they want to tip. Apparently this “feature” was designed by people who don’t rely on tips for their income. Cmon you guys can do better than this it was working fine before. I have another payment service that I will use instead as they have it the way it should be set up.

I have a chip reader Moby-3000 from PayPal. It pairs with my iPhone but when I insert a card it normally doesn’t recognize that there is a card. It brings up a screen to enter the info manually, which I have had to now to finish the transaction. I’ve tried it with my cards and they work but 90% of the time it doesn’t work. What’s going on?
