Good evening, I recently sold something on Facebook Marketplace and they sent the money over PayPal. I accidentally miss advertised the model of a CPU cooler and the buyer agreed to a partial refund. Now a week later they have messaged me and they said they've changed their mind and would like a full refund. I'd prefer not to give a refund as we had agreed on a partial refund.
