Hi gang, I've been locked out of this account for years and it is still active, still receiving money. This was before two-step verification so I can't get past the secret questions and I can't get in to change my phone number. Is there anything I can do? It's linked to my main emal address and so I can't open up a new paypal account with that address either. Thanks, Sean
