After making several purchases with 2 different debit cards through PayPal I've had over 30 erroneous charges, ranging from $0.52 to $1.62 charged on my account. They are all listed as PayPal eBay charges. When I called PayPal they say they can't see the charges and that I need to dispute them with my bank. I did, they made me cancel both cards and are reissuing them. I'm kind of at a loss as to how these charges are processed through PayPal but PayPal has no record of them.
