I have my E-commerce website with Shopify platform and at Shopify, My main currency is INR. My foreign customer cannot checkout INR currency so i used Bold Cashier currency converter. Bold Cashier currency converter work with pay pal. All thing is good but. My customer show their local currency at checkout time but when they enter credit or debit card detail their is showing error like "Card Declined. Please enter valid credit card information" I used 2 to 3 credit card and 2 to 3 debit card but same error. when i asked bold cashier help center they checked and told me to go pay pal and resolve from pay pal. Our side is completed and OK so how to solve this problem from pay pal. Bold Cashier help center told below...... My inquiry is about when you have created your account with Pay flow Pro. If you only recently created this account then your payment gateway may need time to approve your account. Additionally, I have confirmed with my team that the error is coming from your payment gateway. You will need to contact Pay flow from to determine why they are declining your cards. I believe it may be because Pay flow pro is unable to accept the currency that you are trying to make the purchase in. Therefore, you will have to make a sub-account with Pay flow pro for each currency that you want to accept outside your default. For example, you will need a Canadian sub account to accept CAD payments. Once you have created sub accounts with Pay flow Pro, you'll need to link the corresponding account to the appropriate currency in the multi-currency app. Right now, all your currencies are linked to the INR Pay flow pro account.
