Hello, I purchased a product from a vendor that requested me to pay through Paypal. I used a credit card to pay. The vendor has contacted me and stated they do not have the product in stock and will refund me. However, the vendor has taken no action. I believe because it was a credit card transaction it does not show up in my transaction history so I cannot refer the payment to the dispute resolution centre. Does anyone know how I can contact the dispute resolution centre about this if they can help? Thanks
