Bought an item and there was a piece missing, tried to contact seller, no response, file a dispute and paypal refunded me the money for the item, the seller is contacting me now wanting me to return the item....says that they will just get the money back from pay pal, I still don't have the piece that is missing. Can the seller get their money back?
