Hi. I received an item significantly not as described and opened a dispute case. I have now been advised to return the item for a refund, fair enough. However, I am told to return it to China even though location in listing shows as London! Not only that, but I have to send it by tracked post and pay all return postage costs. The item only cost £9 and it will probably cost near to that to return it. Surely this can't be right? Has anyone had a similar experience?
