Hi, can I have some advice please Sold an item on a Facebook page. I commented on a post and the buyer responded to my comment on that post. Requesting photos Sent photos, communicated etc. Agreed sale price etc. Arrived today and said the item is in beauty of condition but too small for her so would be returning it. The original post I commented on was for that item in small. She requested the photos from me. This was a private sale. Do I have to accept the item back?. She never asked for measurements. Agreed the item was ok from All pictures sent and requested. Would I lose out on my selling fees, postage and packaging? Feel like I’ll be at a loss through the buyer? The item came as described, just not happy with the size?
