My Debit Card which was linked to my Bank Account that I tied to PayPal expired. When I got the new one it had a new number. It's the same Bank Account, however it's a new card with a different number. When I go and look at my Bank Account that's tied to this PayPal it still has my old card's number and I can't find out how to put in my new not dead card in it. Do I just ignore this and put the new card in the new card spot in PayPal?
