My account was used the other day by someone for two different transactions for dominos accounting to £68. I reported the payments are they were not me. My claim was denied. I appealed the case including evidence from Microsoft my email address provider showing that an attempt had been made on my account of someone gaining access to my email. I have also stated many times the transactions are not me and the delivery address and person is someone I’ve never heard of. Anyone know what else I can do? £68 is a lot of money and these transcations were really not me. I’m really upset PayPal are saying it was me
