Hi,
I was very shoked in the morning when I saw unauthorized transaction on my Paypal account. Still don t get it how all this happened.
I report it to paypal but got no help and claim denied. It is very clear that I didn t make this transaction and I could see that it was other try of unauthorized transaction that my bank canceled and refunded, but other one needs to be handled by paypal.Because of all this I removed and blocked my card and I can showe list of unauthorized transation to paypal as prof of it. I dont know what to do to prof that it was unauthorized transaction??
It feels like paypal do nothing to help me, I am so disapointed by paypal and feel that paypal is not safe anymore.
