Hello, hope you can help me, i have my paypal account since 2012, whens i did I connected to my Irish bank account and been using that until last summer, when I start to received payments from airbnb, After a month using the account to received payments from airbnb, paypal start to ask me my official documents to confirm my identity and my address, I sent everything even my taxes certificate in Ireland but my account was blocked cause im Portuguese and I work for an Irish company but living in Portugal, so i was unable to give an address or Irish phone number( i only have Portuguese) and according to terms and conditions I cannot have an Irish paypal account without and Irish address ( i never knew that i had an Irish paypal account, thought was just international). I understand all terms but the thing is my money is blocked since June last year and im trying to have it back since those 90 days passed and until now it was not possible, i only want my money back but each time someone speak with me nothing happens.
