Yeah, im on the same situation. Can't pay using my own balance, if this started recently they should at least tell us exactly why is that? Edit, checked my old emails, noticed they changed some terms and now can't pay directly using my balance because of it. I should prob start looking alternatives. Edit 2: Tried removing the old Visa card i had in there. Now it does use my PayPal balance.
