In my case, the Chinese company shared a mailbox tracking number which does not have my address. Also the tracking clearly shows that the content is lightweight document and no way that can carry a 20LB robotic mop. This thing is crazy. How can Paypal allow such scam to prosper on it's platform? Paypal denied me refund based on the tracking number, which doesn't even has my address. Pathetic Paypal.
