I took the advice of another who used this community too assist him, but in the end , you have too do the work , despite informing them of the refund going too a cancelled card , it still went ahead and now will be bounced back as I was told by my bank. It now has too go through dispute resolutions team , whom say 45 day's , whilst PayPal is saying it's been successfully refunded and will be in my account by 18th . so a week from the refund .
I hate these systems personal cheque's money order's were a better system.
Everyone has been very nice and prompt ,Polite but , I must say being told after several exhausting emails exactly what you told them in the first place is rather frustrating . I guess it's the bad guy's who make thing's so regimented . Anyway good luck , your on your own.
